Return Policy

 At Evermore Optical, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

  • Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and returned in their original packaging.

  • The following items cannot be returned unless they arrived damage or defective:

    • Final Sale Items

    • Customized lens upgrades (including blue light or polarized lenses)

    • Prescription Lenses

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

     

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
